IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Selection
The selection committee meet every
Monday night prior to the Saturday games. The selections are posted on the
notice board in the main foyer of the clubhouse by around 10pm and now also
on the selection section of this website from Tuesday. The first and second
teams will be selected as a twenty six man squad. Two teams of thirteen
players will be selected to form the teams after training on a Tuesday
night.
It is the responsibility of teach
player to establish where he has been selected, the meet times and the
required club colours. The captains will not automatically contact you.
Unavailability In
the event that you are not available to play in a particular match, it is
your responsibility to put your name in the unavailability book or to
inform your captain before 7.30pm on the night of selection. Please
do not cry off after a Monday night. If you do, you are letting down your
team and affecting selection in the lower sides. On the rare occasion
where it is necessary to cry off late, you must contact your captain at
the earliest opportunity to minimise the impact on the rest of the club. Meet
Times - these are set for a reason! be considerate, be on time!
